Puffy Paint is NOT for use on the direct skin while in gel form. Use Puffy paint to create custom bling and jewel clusters. To use: start with a sheet protector or plastic bag. Lay out your bling design and use puffy paint to create the desired shapes. Add bling and allow bling clusters to fully dry before adhering to the skin. Once puffy paint is fully dry, you can adhere bling and gem clusters to the skin using Prosaid or eye lash adhesive.
